7bc84559aa Add an option to do keyframe insertion in a cycle-aware fashion.
When enabled, inserting keyframes into F-Curves with simple cyclic
extrapolation (the same conditions as required for cycle-aware auto
handle smoothing to activate) will take the cycle into account:

- Keyframes that are being inserted outside of the cycle bounds
are remapped to be inside the cycle. Thus it is not necessary
to be within the main iteration of the cycle when tweaking.

This becomes especially useful in the final animation tweaking
phase when the channel keys may be staggered for overlap, so
the actual master period is different for different channels.

- Modifying one of the end points of a cycle also changes the
other end point when appropriate, to preserve smooth transition.

This feature applies to both manual keyframe insertion using
'I', and auto-keyframing.

0628fe7a6c Followup to previous change, reduce number of relations updates
Only tag relations update when new f-curve was allocated. This solves
possible too slow keyframe insertion when doing character animation,
but still does proper relation update when new ID component became
animated.

6ba28ff8b1 WIP COW Fix: Insert keyframe operators/api now queries depsgraph for evaluated data
When using copy on write, insert keyframe operators were reading from old
bmain data instead of COW data. This meant that inserting keyframes would
often read old/stale data, resulting in invalid keyframes getting created
(e.g. from last transform operation, instead of actual current state).

This commit makes it so that keyframing operators will ask depsgraph for
the evaluated copy of the data, so that it can read values from that. It
introduces a new function - `DEG_get_evaluated_rna_pointer()`, which when
working correctly/fully, should work just like the other `DEG_get_evaluated_*()`
functions, except it lets you pass in an RNA Pointer.

However, currently, this is only done for Pose Bones (as a dirty hack, since this
is an important/pivotal requirement for production) and/or datablock
properties directly (since we can just use the DEG_get_evaluated_id() directly).
on the datablock.

Committing to a branch for now as this all needs more testing. More work to come
later at a more sane time of day!

2e71927622 Make GS macro return proper IDType type
Previously it was returning short, which was really easy to (a) compare against
non-ID type value (b) forget to handle some specific value in switch statement.

Both issues happened in the nearest past, so it's time to tighten some nuts
here.

Most of the change related on silencing strict compiler warning now, but there
is also one tricky aspect: ID_NLA is not in the IDType enum. So there is still
cast to short to handle that switch. If someone has better ideas how to deal
with this please go ahead :)

570fbba3f3 Keyframing: Added ToolSetting for choosing default keyframe type
To make it easier for animators working in a multipass pose-to-pose workflow
when inserting breakdown keyframes and so forth, it is now possible to specify
the "type" of keyframe being created (i.e. the colour of the keyframe, when drawn
in the Dope Sheet).

Usage:
1) Choose the type of keyframe ("Keyframe", "Breakdown", "Extreme", etc.) from
the new dropdown located between the AutoKeying and KeyingSet widgets on the
   timeline header.
2) Insert keyframes
3) Rejoyce that your newly created keyframes have now been coloured for you already
   in the DopeSheet.

Todo:
* Look into a way of using the actual keyframe colours (from the theme) for the icons
  of these types.

e0ee74a171 Fix T38619: Confusing logic for Keying Set keyframing Settings
The logic used for determining whether certain keyframing settings (i.e. visual,
only needed, xyz -> rgb) got applied was wonky. The original intention here was
that the Keying Set settings would override the global settings, and the path
settings would override what was used for the Keying Set. However, that was not
happening in all cases previously, as it was only possible to add flags and not
to turn them off.

This commit fixes that by introducing separate toggles to control whether the
Keying Set/Path's settings override the settings inherited from its parent
(i.e. the Keying Set for the Path, and the User Prefs for the Keying Set).
The icons used for these toggles could get revised a bit (we need something
which communicates "override this"; the current one is the closest I could find)

WARNING: If you have old keying sets, this may cause some breakage!

1fabfc9ea2 Fix T39851: F-curve noise modifier on a bone: change selection when modifying value
When the dopesheet was open, "keyframe edited" events from the graph editor
(i.e. fired whenever any properties on keyframes or FModifiers are changed)
would trigger the dopesheet to synchronise selection states of anim channels
and ensure that FCurve autocolours are initialised correctly.

This however was undesired when editing properties in the graph editor. Now,
made it so that keyframe adding/removing operators use different notifier flags
to specify that the channels might have changed + need colour syncing, and
adjusted the dopesheet updating logic to fit

5580b56876 Bugfix [#34836] Crash when driver variable has path == 'data'
Most of the places which relied on RNA_path_resolve() did so believing that if
it returned true, that it had found a valid property, and that the returned
pointer+property combination would be what the path referred to. However, it
turns out that if the property at the end of the path turns out to be a
"pointer" property (e.g. "data" for Object.data), this would automatically
become the pointer part, while the prop part would be set to null. Hence, if a
user accidentally (or otherwise) specifies a path for the single-property driver
variable type like this, then Blender would crash.

This commit introduces two convenience functions - RNA_path_resolve_property()
and RNA_path_resolve_property_full() - which mirror/wrap the existing
RNA_path_resolve() functions. The only difference though is that these include a
check to ensure that what was found from resolving the path was in fact a
property (they only return true iff this is the case), and make it explicitly
clear in the name that this is what they will do so that there's no further
confusion. It is possible to do without these wrapper functions by doing these
checks inline, but the few cases that had been patched already were pretty
hideous looking specimens. Using these just make it clearer and simpler for all.

I've also beefed up the docs on these a bit, and changed these to using bools.

20220d47e3 Dependency Graph: some refactoring which should have no user visible impact
besides performance in some cases.

* DAG_scene_sort is now removed and replaced by DAG_relations_tag_update in
most cases. This will clear the dependency graph, and only rebuild it right
before it's needed again when the scene is re-evaluated.

This is done because DAG_scene_sort is slow when called many times from
python operators. Further the scene argument is not needed because most
operations can potentially affect more than the current scene.

* DAG_scene_relations_update will now rebuild the dependency graph if it's not
there yet, and DAG_scene_relations_rebuild will force a rebuild for the rare
  cases that need it.

* Remove various places where ob->recalc was set manually. This should go
through DAG_id_tag_update() in nearly all cases instead since this is now
a fast operation. Also removed DAG_ids_flush_update that goes along with
  such manual tagging of ob->recalc.
