Richard Antalik c704ddcb5f VSE: Fix slow prefetching when strips are animated 
Issue was caused by anim handle being reset by
`DEG_evaluate_on_framechange()`

Preserve anim handle by backing it up in
`blender::deg::SequenceBackup`
