Janne Karhu 97d2ca8a33 Sequence editor code cleanup 
* The logic in some parts of the sequencer code was rather cryptic, so I cleaned it up a bit.
* There should be no functional changes what so ever from these changes.

chaning the camera from the scene buttons didnt update the views. moved some scene/view functions from view3d_view.c into BKE_screen since they need to be accessed when changing cameras from outside the view.
