Ton Roosendaal c107de5fad Texture font draw error in Outliner, only happens when a buttons window ...

is in a screen in location above outliner.
Was a missing BIF_SetScale()... this is confusing, we now have three
font systems mixed, which each own peculiarities and settings. Should be
cleaned!
