Richard Antalik c5b2381703 VSE: Remove seq->tmp usage from RNA code

This field was used to reference "parent" meta strips in `sequences_all`
RNA collection iterator functions.

Use `SeqIterator` wrapped in `BLI_Iterator` to iterate over elements.
