Sybren A. Stüvel d865ad59fc Cleanup: Depsgraph, remove unused Base * parameter 
The `Base *` parameter of `DepsgraphRelationBuilder::build_object()` was
made redundant by c7694185c9. This commit actually removes it.

No functional changes.
