Campbell Barton fbb8672da4 replace operator options bl_undo and bl_register with bl_options ...

eg.
 bl_options = {'REGISTER', 'UNDO', 'BLOCKING', 'GRAB_POINTER'}

This didnt exist when operators were originally wrapped.
