W64 worker cannot proceed, needs svn cleanup. #66020

The last successful build was 2 days ago (20.06), since then build ends after 10 seconds.

svn: E155004: Run 'svn cleanup' to remove locks (type 'svn help cleanup' for details)
svn: E155004: Working copy 'C:\b\win64_cmake_vs2017\win64_cmake_vs2017\lib\win64_vc14' locked.
svn: E155004: 'C:\b\win64_cmake_vs2017\win64_cmake_vs2017\lib\win64_vc14' is already locked.

I'm not really sure where should I report that / who to talk to. I used to poke bzztploink on irc, but he seems to be away now.

As I understand Windows builder is on @brecht VM, therefore I'll assign him here so he can close this after builder is fixed. ;)
