The problem is that there are many patch builds, and no one likes to remember the exact Dxxxxx id for a specific patch. The situation can be improved by adding more information to the download page.

Link to the corresponding patch (https://developer.blender.org/Dxxxxx).
Name of the patch. It should be good enough if the name is only updated when a new patch build is made.
