System Information
Operating system and graphics card
Win7, GFX Titan
Blender Version
Broken: 2.77a official

Texture browser won't scroll when texture list is long.. so user can't see more textures that what appears at fullscreen.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Press Ctrl+Alt+Shift+A to open Texture Browser.
Go into Fabric (or any folder that has a lot of images)
Scroll down with mouse, PgDn or arrows does not work.

This is a known limitation, which will be addressed in the next release (expected around the end of this month).
