https://cloud.blender.org/services#blender-cloud-add-on does not link to any explanation on how to use the add-on. I think it's time to write a manual on its different features, as things may be hard to find out by yourself.

I agree that at this point a Knowledge Base would be useful (how to sign up, how to check subscription status, how to use add-on, how to set up Flamenco, etc).

A couple of ways to go about this:

I think setting up OpenKB should take a few hours of work (including adding the content) and later of we could move to something more advanced.

The KB could be placed at cloud.blender.org/help. This is a pretty standard location for it.
