Having personally identifiable data (user IDs, email addresses, IP addresses, etc.) can really help to nail down an issue and provide support. However, we cannot send this information to Sentry (because GDPR). Self-hosting Sentry would solve this.

  • Investigate self-hosting on a docker image on Sintel.
  • If not too much work, install it & point our websites to that instead of to sentry.io
