Short description of error
Sky character from Animation Fundamentals has at least 2 bugs in it's rig.
When scaling the 'master' bone the scraf is not scaling along with it.
Also character's torso stays in a place when transforming the armature object.
I've downloaded the character on 2020-02-01
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
