I was able to download this file, but it does have some strange behavior. Despite having the download attribute on the button <a href="x" download> it opens the link directly.

There seems to be no difference in the HTML, some posts I found online that it might have something to do with http headers:

Updated Content-Disposition of all training video, so the issue should be fixed now

Upd: it will take about a day for CloudFront cache to refresh, so some videos might be still downloading with the non-human-readable file names.
