Short description of error
Not loading up Blender and appears with this error when I try to open it up
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).
Downloaded the files for Blender:
Once it made it to my desktop, I clicked on it and it gave me an error:
This is the same error that is constantly repeating over and over again as I try to load up the program.

From the error, your system lacks compatible video hardware even to run the older 2.79 version of Blender.
