Summary:
Ref T13362. Some applications moved to fixed-width a while ago but I was generally unsatisfied with where they ended up and have been pushing them back to full-width.
Push Config back to full-width. Some of the subpages end up a little weird, but this provides more space to work with to make some improvements, like makign `maniphest.statuses` more legible in the UI>
Test Plan: Grepped for `setFixed(`, updated each page in `/config/`. Browsed each controller, saw workable full-width UIs.

Summary:
Ref T13000. This marks each table as either "data" (normal data), "cache" (automatically rebuilt, no need to ever dump) or "index" (can be manually rebuilt).
By default, `bin/storage dump` dumps data and index tables, but not cache tables.
With `--no-indexes`, it dumps only data tables. Indexes can be rebuilt after a restore with `bin/search index --all ...`.
Test Plan:
- Ran `--no-indexes` and normal dumps with `--trace`, verified that cache and index (former case) or cache only (latter case) tables were dumped with `--no-data`.
- Verified dump has the same number of `CREATE TABLE` statements as before the changes.
- Reviewed persistence tags in the web UI (note Ferret engine tables are "Index"):

Summary:
This is a full UI pass at a cleaner "Config" application. The main idea is to simplify the UI, center it, and have a different feel than other UI, a sort of "manage" UI theme for objects with loads of settings. Also adds a new minimalistic "WHITE_CONFIG" box type which may get re-used in Diffusion settings. This is a 90% pass, I'll have a few follow up diffs. Specifically:
- Build breadcrumbs as a flexible UI to go into headers.
- One click ObjectItemView option, for hover states.
- Sidenav doesn't always select (AphrontFilter issue)
- Mobile touchups, though it's pretty reasonable.
Test Plan:
Click through every page here, edit options, see new navigation UI. Test a few various setup issue layouts including fatals.

Summary:
Depends on D16115. Ref T11044. In the brave new world of multiple masters, we need to check the schemata on each master when looking for missing storage patches, keys, schema changes, etc.
This realigns all the "check out what's up with that schema" calls to work for multiple hosts, and updates the web UI to include a "Server" column and allow you to browse per-server.
This doesn't update `bin/storage`, so it breaks things on its own (and unit tests probably won't pass). I'll update that in the next change.
Test Plan: Configured local environment in cluster mode with multiple masters, saw both hosts' status reported in web UI.

Summary: Ref T11132, significantly cleans up the Config app, new layout, icons, spacing, etc. Some minor todos around re-designing "issues", mobile support, and maybe another pass at actual Group pages.
Test Plan: Visit and test every page in the config app, set new items, resolve setup issues, etc.

Summary: Converts most all tables to be directly set via `setTable` to an ObjectBox. I think this path is more flexible design wise, as we can change the box based on children, and not just CSS. We also already do this with PropertyList, Forms, ObjectList, and Header. `setCollapsed` is added to ObjectBox to all children objects to bleed to the edges (like diffs).
Test Plan: I did a grep of `appendChild($table)` as well as searches for `PHUIObjectBoxView`, also with manual opening of hundreds of files. I'm sure I missed 5-8 places. If you just appendChild($table) nothing breaks, it just looks a little funny.

Summary:
Ref T1191. When changing the column type of an AUTO_INCREMENT column, we currently may lose the autoincrement attribute.
Instead, support it. This is a bit messy because AUTO_INCREMENT columns interact with PRIMARY KEY columns (tables may only have one AUTO_INCREMENT column, and it must be a primary key). We need to migrate in more phases to avoid this issue.
Introduce new `auto` and `auto64` types to represent autoincrement IDs.
Test Plan:
- Saw autoincrement show up correctly in web UI.
- Fixed an autoincrement issue on the XHProf storage table with `bin/storage adjust` safely.

Ref T1191. This was useful for annotating everything but we no longer need it; there are just two types of issues now:
- Error: stuff we can't fix (missing or surplus tables/database/columns, bad column nullability).
- Warning: stuff we can fix (column types, character sets, collations, missing or surplus keys, incorrectly defined keys, bad key uniqueness).

- Adds support for partial indexes (indexes on a prefix of a column).
- Drops old auxiliary storage table: this was moved to custom field storage about a year ago.
- Drops old project table: this was moved to edges about two months ago.
Test Plan:
- Viewed web UI, saw fewer issues.
- Used `grep` to verify no readers/writers for storage or project table.

Ref T1191. Three parts:
- The old way of getting key information only got primary / unique / foreign keys, not all keys. Use `SHOW INDEXES` to get all keys instead.
- Track key uniqueness and raise warnings about it.
- Add a new "all issues" view to show an expanded, flat view of all issues. This is just an easier way to get a list so you don't have to dig around in the hierarchical view.
