Updated Eve, Flask, and Werkzeug. Adjusted code to make Pillar work again.

Eve     : 0.6.3   → 0.7.3
Flask   : 0.10.1  → 0.12.2
Werkzeug: 0.11.10 → 0.11.15

Also updated some secondary requirements.
