40c19a3cb0 pillar.api.utils.utcnow() now truncates microseconds to milliseconds
MongoDB stores datetimes in millisecond precision, to keep datetimes the
same when roundtripping via MongoDB we now truncate the microseconds.

d3ff88e5cf Also replace node types when key with underscore changed
Previously all keys starting with an underscore were ignored (so changes
to _created wouldn't count as "different"), but this clashes with saving
Markdown output to _xxx_html keys.

d24715a224 Smarter upgrades of node type definitions
- No changes are applied unless the new --go CLI arg is used.
- Differences to node types are actually shown.
- Dynamic form definitions are kept.

f2888069db Added pillar.api.utils.utcnow() which returns a datetime for 'now'
This replaces pillar.web.utils.datetime_now() and can be used in a wider
setting (since we don't import web stuff in the api, but we do vice versa).

f8ff30fb4d (un)delete on project also (un)delete file documents.
Note that undeleting files cannot be done via Eve, as it doesn't support
PATCHing collections. Instead, direct MongoDB modification is used to set
_deleted=False and provide new _etag and _updated values.

ae5009c9ef Python 3.6: Fixed issue with gravatar function
Hashing of string object doesn't work. Also added a deprecation warning
that pillar.api.utils.gravatar should be used; pillar.web.utils.gravatar
is just a copy.

2e41c074b5 Python 3.6 compatibility: bytes vs strings stuff
These changes mostly revolve around the change in ObjectId constructor
when running on Python 3.6. Where on 2.7 the constructor would accept
12- and 24-byte strings, now only 12-byte bytes and 24-character strings
are accepted. Good thing, but required some changes in our code.

Other changes include hashing of strings, which isn't supported, so they
are converted to bytes first, and sometimes converted back afterwards.

663627358f Ran 2to3 on pillar + some manual fixups
The 'manual fixups' are:

- incorrect use of dict.items() where dict.iteritems() was meant; this
results in list(dict.items()), which I changed to dict.items().
- removal of 'from __future__ import' lines, which 2to3 changes into
empty lines; I removed the empty lines.

2b528f0fff Added pillar.api.utils.bsonify(some_dict)
It was used in an experiment in Flamenco as an alternative to JSON; it
might still be used in the future if BSON turns out to be significantly
faster to generate.

96c9e12f7f doc_diff() optionally no longer reports differences between falsey values.
If falsey_is_equal=True, all Falsey values compare as equal, i.e. this
function won't report differences between DoesNotExist, False, '', and 0.

2c5dc34ea2 Introducing Pillar Framework
Refactor of pillar-server and pillar-web into a single python package. This
simplifies the overall architecture of pillar applications.
