Short description of error
If you press backspace while holding the mouse over the QCD 3D Viewport Header Widget option, it duplicates the collections widget at the top right of the screen.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Enable Addon Collection Manager
  2. Press arrow to see its settings
  3. Hover over mouse above QCD 3D Viewport Header Widget and press Backspace button.
    This duplicates the widget at the top right of the 3D Viewport each time until you reload Blender.

It seems Blender triggers an update for the property, even though the value hasn't changed.
I'll see about fixing this soon.
