Short description of error
Select rule option from the object properties tab selects all object instead of selecting matching object

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  • Load default scene
  • Add another mesh (say UV sphere)
  • Enable color rule add-on
  • In viewport shading panel select color type: Object
  • Select a cube -> open {nav Object Properties > Color Rules tab}
  • Add color layer and change the color from color wheel
  • Click to Select Rule (arrow) button in the Color Rules tab (Selects all objects)

This is working as intended, the select button selects all objects matching the rule. Unless you enter some text in the name - all objects match the rule.

I still don't understand how it works (I still think it's a bug). He chooses either all or nothing.
