Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Node Pie adds a pie menu that mirrors the built-in node add menu:
The size of the node buttons is based on the popularity of each node, with nodes that are used more often having larger buttons, and nodes that aren't used so often have smaller buttons. This can also be turned off in the preferences if it is too distracting.
In my (admittedly fairly unscientific) testing, I found that it sped up creating large node trees by about 25% compared to using the default add node menu. Personally, I find it much more comfortable to use, and I think that it has the potential to be useful to many people, especially given the Everything Nodes project that will only make the node editor more important in the future.
It works with all default node editors, and also custom editors created by python add-ons (though the results aren't quite as pretty):
