Short description of error
When using video editor, adding speed adjustment layer to fix audio/video syncing issue. Splicing using shift+k or k results in a completely unsyced video/audio even several minutes off.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
import video, create speed adjustment for the video layer, match the lengths, split using either method will result in an unusable split.

This is addressed in Blender 3.3 for sped up playback without animating the speed. Use Speed Factor property in time panel instead of speed effect. In 3.4 playback speed animation should be redone completely.
