Short description of error
UV Layout exported to png image is not made with presice lines, instead of a perfect black line, now is blurry because use black and gray pixels lines.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Simply opening the default Scene, enter in the cube edit mode, go to UV editor, select all UV's with A, on the menu UV > Export UV Layout and save it as png with Fill Opacity at 0,00. Open the png image with any image viewer and zoom the lines, they are not fully black, every line is made from 2 lines, a slim black and a slim grey line.

CC @mano-wii : feels like a regression, mind checking? One thing is the linewidth (0.5 now vs 1.0 before, but even with 1.0, the shader draws differently...)
