Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error
When copying Custom Attributes using Copy Attributes addon bundled with Blender, custom properties are copied, but not updated.
You need to save and re-open the file to see the values change.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Enable "Copy Attributes" addon
Copy custom property and for example, use it in shader nodes - values didn't update

Now reopen the file - values are updated
