Short description of error
I'm unable to see the Pose Library "Create Pose Asset" button in the viewport side panel. No option to rename the poses created either. Not option to Flip Pose either

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Works fine in my Blender 3.4 install, 3.5 isn't functional, same addons, no errors in the console. The Create Pose Asset button is available in the Timeline and Dope Sheet. Just not in the viewport.

I'm not very familiar with Pose Library, but looking at the image in the manual, there really should be an option "Create Pose Asset"

This part of the pose library UI changed in c164c5d866.
These changes were also described in the Blender 3.5 release notes. It would seem that the screenshots in the manual weren't updated for this change, which explains the confusion. I've updated this in the 3.6-LTS manual.
