Short description of error
Importing a valid .dxf file fails. Getting Zero Division error.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Create simple geometry, such as 2D floorplan walls, in AutoCAD, then save as DXF. Import the DXF into Blender using addon. Results in ZeroDivisionError: float division by zero.
DXF file added below to reproduce the error. The error occurs in v3.5 and v3.3.1 of Blender.
