Skinify Rig outputs a distorted mesh when used with the Rigify Basic Human meta-rig

This issue is related to #78064, which has been closed as fixed, but only the error message has been fixed. Mesh distortion is still an issue.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Add > Armature > Basic > Basic Human (Meta-Rig)
Enter 'Pose Mode'
Select 'Create' tab
Open 'Skinify Rig' menu
Set 'Thickness > Body' to 2
Enable 'Solid Shape', 'Fill Gaps'
Click 'Add Shape'
