Blender Version
Broken: version: 4.0.0 Alpha, branch: main, commit date: 2023-06-06 22:52, hash: fb348137d56d
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Short description of error
"Samples" panel not appearing immediately when switched to edit mode.
Force update is required for panel to show up (expanding editor area, changing properties tab, etc.)
Also this happens only once. After force update, this issue does not happen when toggled between object and edit mode

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Enable Rigify addon
Add bone
Open Object data properties panel
switch to edit mode (missing "Samples" panel)

Rigify problem doesn't appear Samples.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
MacOS 13.5
Rigify on below did not appear during from (Object Mode) change to (Edit Mode) first then properties on pose tab and I see no show Samples and I have to click other place then back rigging on Properties cause Samples appear itself. See youtube.
