Short description of error

I created this test file:

20230621_looptools_got_hole_0001.blend

and when finished, turn the model up, looking underneath and I found this hole:

Hello, such a long time ago posting this, I must admit I cannot remember exactly what I did to create the file, I still have the file on my HDD, and I think this is what I did:

  • Add a plane,
  • remove the surface, then
  • duplicated 3 times,
  • add a circle at the end
  • merge the top two vertices of one square in the middle to create a triangle
  • join all the shapes into one
  • tab into edit mode
  • select all
  • run the Bridge tool of the Looptools

I ran this again today and for some reasons, can only creating this example:

Further, If I execute brige again on unconnected edge loops then it still works.
Guess it is not possible to connect multiple loops in single run?
