Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Lazy Mix with Ctrl + Shift + RMB doesn't work anymore in Geometry Nodes. Previously it would join the geometry of the hovered nodes. Still works in the Shader Editor though.

Hi, thanks for the report. Unable to replicate in current master (4.0)
Guess this might be happening due to key conflicts.
Please do factory reset then try again the lazy mix operator: File > Defaults > Load Factory Settings

Yes, you're right. It works after a factory reset. I wish I knew how to fix this without recreating all changes from scratch... :(

It was an addon called attribute viewer that caused it.

Thanks for finding the culprit add-on, will close.
It's a third party add-on and add-on likely has same key preferences (Ctrl-Shift-RMB) for different operation
