What is the actual problem here? You have not said anything. Sapling Tree Gen works fine here using 3.6.1.
Hello. I have update 3.6.1 but I can't install this add-ons. shows error

I believe it is the same problem as #104794
Due to the severity of that issue, I added the Backport list for 3.6.2(reverted)@IanaZhirova, can you try the latest daily build: https://builder.blender.org/download/ ?
The 3.6 branch should be fine as the change to the preset files weren't included there. 3.6.1 works fine locally so I think there's something else wrong here somehow.
Oh, I removed it from the Backport list then.
