Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)
Short description of error
When you have set a metarig with a face.skin_jaw rigtype with a mouth that is no facing perfectly -Y direction, the generated widget jaw_mouth won't try to guess the intended mouth direction and will always face -Y regardless, loosing potential use cases for the created widget.
Default behavior:
Potential cases and limitation:
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Add a face.skin_jaw rig sample to yout metarig and face it to other direction that is not -Y.
You will note that the generated face.skin_jaw widget won't face the expected direction.
Considering this is not a bug, a proposal
