Auto-mirror addon doesn't work correctly when target object is parented with parent inverse.
Sorry if this is a known issue.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

Add plane and empty
Rotate empty 45 degrees
Parent plane to empty
Clear rotation of empty
Select plane and execute auto-mirror
