System Information
Operating system: Windows-10-10.0.19045-SP0 64 Bits
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti/PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.6.0 NVIDIA 546.01

Blender Version
Broken: version: 4.0.1, branch: blender-v4.0-release, commit date: 2023-11-16 16:40, hash: d0dd92834a08
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)

Addon Information
Name: FBX format (5, 8, 12)
Author: Campbell Barton, Bastien Montagne, Jens Restemeier, @Mysteryem

Short description of error
Importing an FBX which contains animation changes the Frame Rate of the Blender scene to the Frame Rate of the FBX file.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
In a default Blender where Frame rate is set to 24 fps, import one of the attached FBX files. The Frame Rate will switch to 30 FPS or 60 FPS respectively which is the Frame Rate of the fbx file.
I understand that this is meant to show the animation in the fbx correctly. However FBX import is not the main function of Blender. Imagine a complex animation scene in 24 fps. You import an fbx and now, without your knowledge, the scene is in 30 or 60 or whatever FPS.
In my opinion the potential problems this can cause outweigh the solution it provides.
An import setting to keep the scene Frame Rate is necessary.
More complex solution such as automatic resampling of the FBX animation could be a great addition too.
