Short description of error
hotkeys for nodewrangler don't work even without conflicting hotkeys, however in shader editor even with nodewrangler menu open and clicking the buttons (for example clicking add texture setup when ctrl t doesn't work) also doesn't do anything.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
try to use ctrl t to add texture setup in shader editor - it does nothing
open nodewrangler menu and try again and try to just click the texture setup button manually, neither work
check for conflicting hotkeys - there are none
