Same issue here, please enhance quality checks.
Nowadays it become a nightmare to get stability in our everyday life working with blender.
As an end users, my version has been upgrade automatically by my distribution without any notice, we already experiment issues with incompatibilities between version 3.x and newer, that force me to use newer releases, and with several issue like this one.
I would like to glue to an LTS version to avoid this kind of issue, but it's not really documented. so please give us a way to avoid "not so ready" releases.
Thanks for your work, but please, "end-user" first ;)

@Mariolun05 , does it persist with factory defaults: File > Defaults > Load Factory Settings -> enable 3d print add-on

Yes, it works once i applied such work around.
But, by reopening my blender file, it seems it works in first, but it disappear again by selecting a mesh.

Thanks. Likely some add-on/script affected the appearance of 3d print toolbox add-on in n-panel.

but it disappear again by selecting a mesh.

Strange. Is that in object mode?
