Short description of error
Im following a tutorial to make a tire by CG cookie. At one point in the video im to make a tire rim and turn 5 out of the 15 verts into a circle to be able to boolean 5 holes into the mesh. When I bevel the 5 verts im am to then turn the 4 new verts i created in the 5 areas to a circle by myake sure looptool is enabled and then pressing F3 and typing in circle to find mesh.looptool - circle. I when I do that there is not looptool choice. It said it could be because its a triangle but they are not they are quads. I can use ctrl r to create a loopcut but the looptool isn't working at all.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
delete default cube
add a circle mesh(make sure to have 15 cuts)
select all verts and extrude then right click and scale in making a flat donut
add 2 loop cuts then right click in place
on the 2nd line from the inner edge choose every 3rd vert ( you should have 5 selected)
Then bevel the 5 verts (it will be in almost a diamond shape)
make sure looptool addon is turned on then press F3 and type in circle.

When I get to this step there is supposed to be a looptool option for circle and therfe is not I only have add and select options for circle.

[Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible)]
