Snap_Utilities_Line length plus the negative mark is not working from 10 and up. -2 and +2 move in the correct directions but -10 and +10 both move one way only. #105129

Blender Version
Broken: version: 4.1.0 Alpha, branch: main, commit date: 2024-01-14 20:33, hash: 4effcd33a3f9
Worked: Small numbers under 10 work.

Addon Information
Name: Snap_Utilities_Line (6, 7, 1)

Short description of error
If I use a minus sign with numbers from 10 and above the direction of minus numbers is not recognized. Everything works with numbers under 10.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Start drawing a line.
Lock the z axis with the z key.
Type in 2 and check the direction.
Lock the z axis with the z key.
Type in -2 and check the direction.
Lock the z axis with the z key.
Type in 10 and check the direction.
Lock the z axis with the z key.
Type in -10 and check the direction.

Maybe another bug:
If it's okay, can you make it so the positive value moves towards to mouse after locking the axis and selecting the direction with the mouse? It would be great to be able to easily lock the axis and type in lengths but then choose the positive or negative direction with the mouse position. I want to use Blender like SketchUp and just draw items easily from lines. Currently when you pick the direction the line is the correct length but it doesn't go the other way when the axis is locked but mouse is moved. It should be able to move with the mouse in the positive and negative direction after the length is typed in but enter is not pressed. No just point in the original direction.
