Addon Information
Name: Wavefront OBJ format (legacy) (3, 9, 0)
Author: Campbell Barton, Bastien Montagne
Short description of error
When importing, choose to keep vertices, but in some cases 3.6 can be used, but 4.0 cannot be used
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
[Please describe the exact steps needed to reproduce the issue]
[Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible)]
The OBJ add-on was removed in 4.0, after a faster, native importer was added as replacement. In fact the option to keep vertex order was removed as well in the new importer.
What is the exact issue you’re facing, could you attach a simple .blend file showing the difference in behaviour you observe?
No activity for more than a week. As per the tracker policy we assume the issue is gone and can be closed.
