Short description of error
Copy Position/rot/scale doens't work correctly when "option/only parent" is selected.
the command move also the childs and not only parent.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
It's easy to reproduce, create 2 cube, move them when you want, put one cube as null child.
Activate in the viewport "Option --> Transfrom affect only PARENT"
and copy attribute menu --> copy location.

Also child are moved.
