Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

OBJ is fine.

Hi, thanks for the report. Can you attach .blend file?
I tried export by part and find out the tree trunk cannot export via fbx, but obj is ok,
version 3.6 has no same problem.
This should be fixed with blender/blender@0b19f1f4a0
