It seems like it wasn't updated to meet 4.1 standards.
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Enable the Discombobulate Addon on your Preferences and try applying it to a Mesh.

scene.repeatprothas been removed many versions before (also fails in 3.0)That said, add-on is outdated :/
