Short description of error
The FK/IK snap function in Rigify is sometimes bugged, which makes the IK bones unable to snap to the FK bones. I don't know exactly what causes it, but moving the torso control bone too far away seems to have caused it.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error

  1. Move the torso bone far away
  2. Press the IK to FK button
