Short description of error
After update to the latest Meta Drivers the Touch Controllers don't show up in the VR Preview, while being present
in the Home App from Oculus/Meta. They are working in Meta Quest home app, but not in blender anymore.
They must have changed the access to the XR Controllers somehow.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Update Drivers in the "Meta Quest Link"-App. Run Blender default startup, enable VR Preview. Try Touch Controllers. -->no Hands

PS: Rolling back to older versions of the Meta Driver is very tedious/almost impossible so be aware of that!! I had to make a system restore, which lead to a lot of work. (not Blender related)

If somebody has the time for this special but interesting topic, I would be very happy.
