Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070/PCIe/SSE2 NVIDIA Corporation 4.6.0 NVIDIA 556.12
Blender Version
Broken: version: 4.1.1, branch: blender-v4.1-release, commit date: 2024-04-15 15:11, hash:
e1743a0317bc
Worked: (newest version of Blender that worked as expected)
Addon Information
Name: Bsurfaces GPL Edition (1, 8, 2)
Author: Eclectiel, Vladimir Spivak (cwolf3d)
Short description of error
Blender crashes whenever I try to retopoligise my model, even when doing on a basic model using Bsurfaces GPL Edition
Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
Can't replicate with the provided steps unfortunately. It could however be somewhat related to #103077 as the described steps sound somewhat similar, except there the crash is casued due to undo...
Try running with
blender_factory_startup.cmd
from the blender install directory and see if the issue persists. If not, the crash is most likely caused by another 3rd party addon or some setting. If the issue persists please attach the crash log and system info.
https://docs.blender.org/manual/en/4.1/troubleshooting/crash.html#crash-log
It also would probably be best to report the issue if it's indeed caused by the addon to https://projects.blender.org/extensions/mesh_bsurfaces/issues as it got moved to the extensions platform.
