What error exactly?

I mistakenly imported the add on twice

Am i mistaken when believing this is not possible?

I need to remove it but there is no remove button

all external addons have a remove button, all internal (shipped with blender) only a activate/deactivate button

I don't have access to the file where the .py file is located

All user addons usually go here C:\Users\name\AppData\Roaming\Blender Foundation\Blender\3.6\scripts\addons, all shipped addons are found in the install directory under scripts\addons
