Short description of Feature
When exporting for software that don't understand binary STLs, it's quite cumbersome to export just that. I'm used to use the "3D Print Toolbox". With this additional option, it's easy as pie to export a ascii STL or PLY.

fyi the 3D print toolbox addon got moved to the extensions platform, this repo here is not longer active: https://projects.blender.org/extensions/print3d_toolbox
