Rigify rig layers doesn't work properly on 2 rigs linked in a scene #105410

I have a shot containing two linked characters, both are on rigify. The problem is that Rig UI (N-panel --> Layers) of the second character activates layers on the first one (first characters' layers work fine).

1. Create a blank scene. 2. Link two rigified characters with rig ui files in it. 3. Open N panel and click layers of the first character linked in the scene, then the second one
Based on the default startup or an attached .blend file (as simple as possible).
