Short description of error
Bsurface addon doesn't work in local view.

Exact steps for others to reproduce the error
I create a file include a sphere and another object, both object are in local view. I get into the edit mode and delete all the vertex of the second object, paint some grease pencil strokes with the option "surface", so the strokes are on the surface of the sphere. You can just open the file and click "add surface" option of bsurface addon.bsurface_addon.blend
