Short description of error
I' use blender to export animation to Unreal Engine 4, but I have a problem to import animation exported from blender 2.72, is seems like fbx exporter doesn't write animation track of root bone, and it works well when i export the same skeleton from blender 2.71.

Yeah… I have several report about our exported FBX and UE4, unfortunately so far not much feedback from UE4 team… I cannot do much about this currently, tbh. :/
PS: you might want to try addon from our buildbot, I put some rather big changes in it just after 2.72 release.
